The Sheep CRC has run its web site from IBD since 2003 with great success.

Our site has many pages of content and we also have a range of very specific needs including:

• special access pages

• extensive stakeholder database
• database-linked mailing lists
• ability to dynamically link and retrieve data from remote locations
  
• databases maintained and updated on partner servers
• interactive web calculators
• automated-capture and archive with search and retrieval of media clippings provided by a third party
• pages with review and input functionality
• conference registrations and payments
• distributed-system library
• image and document upload
• project directory with remote input and searching
• web statistics
• and ftp upload

As well as providing their Proactive platform, IBD has created these specific services for us and we have found them to be easy and pleasant to deal with and very affordable. These solutions have been created to meet our needs and the development has been prompt, flexible and personal.

The Proactive system has been easy to learn and use by our staff with no web or programming training. It offers a multitude of standard functions and the regular upgrades have made operating even easier.

When we have had problems with particular pages or content, the IBD team has been available and can solve the problems quickly.

I know the quality and diversity of what we offer through our web would not have been possible had we chosen an alternate service.
